Tropical Exotique Pre-Order Instructions :

2. All orders must to be sent directly to Ross Otto by email at TropicalExotiqueYYC@protonmail.com.
Please note that this is a different email address to his usual one
– using this will enable him to more easily manage the orders.
3. The prices are in Canadian dollars; shipping and handling is included in the listed price.
4. Please include the plant name, unit price, quantity, total dollar amount, and grand total for all plants.
5. There are three different deadlines for orders:
a. Early bird: Feb. 28, 2026 – get your plants/flasks reserved before stocks are depleted.
b. CITES I: March 31, 2026 – last day to order Paphiopedilum plants.
c. Final order: April 30, 2026 – last day to order plants other than Paphiopedilums,
and to order flasks (including Paphiopedilums).
6. Payment must be made by e-transfer once the order is confirmed by Ross.
Foothills Orchid Society members may pay prior to collecting their order.
