We are pleased to be able to offer our Vendors and Guests hotel accommodations between May 28 and June 1, 2026, at a special group rate at Acclaim Hotel Calgary Airport, 123 Freeport Blvd, NE, Calgary, AB, which is close to the Calgary Airport and our Show venue at The Genesis Centre.
Those wishing to book a room should call the Hotel Reservations department at (403) 291-8000 and identify themselves by providing Block Group Code: 0528OS or referencing Foothills Orchid Society.
Hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. The hotel will endeavor to accommodate early check-in or late check-out subject to availability.
Reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card prior to April 28, 2026, to qualify for the group rate.

Diamond Two Queen Beds- $145 (includes max. two guest occupancy with breakfast, (additional guests are $10.00 each up to a maximum of 4 in the room)

Acclaim provides free airport shuttle, main floor Pacini restaurant open from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm daily, 4th. floor fitness centre and outdoor hot tubs, Wi-Fi internet and local phone calls, up to 20 min. long distance calls, in-suite coffee/iron/scale/hair dryer/safe/bottled water, parking, and is a 100% smoke free hotel. Additionally, guests may take advantage of the latest DVD releases by asking one of the guest service agents.
